Public Bus From Liberia To Monteverde
OPTION NUMBER 1:
1- Take a bus from Liberia going towards Puntarenas at noon or before, you will have to get ofF at LA IRMA INTERSECTION (2 hours in bus from Liberia)
2- Get off the Bus at LA IRMA INTERSECTION (This is the entrance to Las Juntas de Abangares)
3-There will be a bus passing by this intersection coming from Puntarenas and going towards Monteverde between 2.30 – 3.00 pm Get on this Bus. you will arrive in Santa Elena at about 4.30 or 5.00 pm.
OPTION NUMBER 2:
1- Take a bus from Liberia going towards Puntarenas at or before 1:30 PM, you will have to get off at THE SARDINAL ENTRANCE (intersection) (2.5 hours in bus from Liberia)
Else get off the bus off further on highway 1 at THE SARDINAL ENTRANCE (intersection), there will be a bus passing by this intersection coming from San Jose around 4.30 – 5.00 pm get on this Bus
