• 💳 Payment Structure: $30 online deposit + $60 cash balance paid to the guide on the day of the tour

You can send this information via WhatsApp or email.
Step 3: Deposit & Payment
A small deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour.
• The deposit is paid online using a secure payment link (PayPal is commonly used).
• No PayPal account is required — major credit or debit cards are accepted.
• The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.
⚠️ Important Payment Note
We split payments (deposit online + cash balance) to avoid high commission fees charged by local banks.
If you prefer to pay the full amount online, the total price will increase slightly to cover these fees.
Important Information Before Booking
🌿 Park Entrance Fees – Not Included
Park entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
Our guides select the best birdwatching locations each day based on weather conditions and bird activity, which means the reserve may vary.
• Entrance fees are paid directly at the reserve
• Please bring a valid ID or passport (photo is acceptable)
• Typical entrance fees:
– Adults: $24
– Children: $13
• After the guided tour, you may stay and continue exploring the reserve trails and gardens for the rest of the day.
👥 Tour Capacity
To ensure a high-quality, personalized experience, birdwatching tours are limited to a maximum of 4 participants. Once the tour is full, no additional guests can be added.
🪪 Payment & Participant Policy
The person making the reservation and completing the online payment must be the same person participating in the tour. This policy helps us ensure accurate reservations and prevent fraudulent claims.
