For your safety and the safety of others, the following conditions will prevent participation in the canopy tour or Tarzan Swing:Under the influence of drugs or alcohol Spine, neck, hand, or shoulder injuries Cardiovascular conditions Epilepsy or seizure disorders Balance or coordination problems History of sudden fainting Pregnant participants Recent surgeries
These activities can be physically demanding and involve height, speed, and high adrenaline.
⚖️ Weight Limits
Due to safety equipment and operational standards, strict weight limits apply:Canopy Tour Zipline: Maximum 115 kg (250 lbs) Tarzan Swing: Maximum 90 kg (198 lbs)

👶 Minimum Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 5 years old to join the Monteverde canopy tour. This is to ensure proper harness fit, attention to safety instructions, and full enjoyment of the experience.
🎓 Student Discount Policy
We’re proud to support young travelers! A special student rate is available for participants between the ages of 12 and 20. To qualify, you must present a valid student ID on the day of the tour.
Don’t forget to bring your physical student ID—digital copies are not accepted.

Safety always comes first. Our canopy tours will not operate during thunderstorms or severe weather events.
