Hopefully the new road will be ready soon! The OROSI Group (contractor) crew still working everyday on the widening of what will be the new Monteverde road, the contractor is going to start paving it in less than a month.
If you are driving To and From Monteverde You have to take in consideration that the working crew is stopping all the vehicle transit every 30 minutes so be patient and get ready to take cool pictures of the huge tractors moving those boulders.
