You can take the natural history tour for $15 plus the entrance fee, or simply pay the fee and walk throughout the forest on your own.
On this natural history walk, you will have more chances of seeing interesting things and understanding the forest with the help of a tour guide.
After the natural history walk, if you still have energy, you can continue walking on other short distance trails. It is a good idea to have some lunch before go back into the forest.
Remember that the entrance fee ticket is valid for one whole day so you can go on and off the paths and walk on your own any time you want during the day.
